TERMS

all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges at this time.

we try to ship everything as fast as we can, but please allow up to 5 days for goods to get out the door.

Domestic shipments are all made via USPS.

International shipments are made via Fedex.

If a different carrier is requested, please reach out 1 hour after your order is made and please reach out to info@quietmountaincafe.com with the subject line ‘SHIPPING CARRIER CHANGE REQUEST ORDER #’. please make sure to include your order number and do not respond to the order confirmation email or else it will be missed. Any additional charges for the change in carrier will be communicated to you and an invoice will be sent.  


please make sure your address is correct when entered. Shipping labels are created automatically from the address entered.We are not responsible for the shipment after the label is made and it is with the shipping company. Please contact the Shipping Company with any address changes or questions

RETURNS


all sales are final, no refunds or returns on working products at this time.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please send us an email at info@quietmountaincafe.com with pictures and/or video proof within 72 hours of recieving the product. We will determine the best next steps based on the proof provided and either issue a refund or send a new item if it is still in stock. 

we do not provide shipping return labels. if your product is determined to have a manufacturing defect we welcome you to keep it.

F.A.Q. (frequently asked questions)

1_How much is shipping?

we ship everything at a flat rate price for both Domesitc and International orders.

Domestic (USA): $9 USD
International: $30 USD

We are constantly looking into alternatives to shipping costs, something we hope to update in the future.

We unfortunately can not control the price of shipping as it is determined by the Shipping Companies.

2_Will I recieve a shipping notification?

Yes! once the shipping label is created and your products have been packed, you will receieve you tracking number via email. USPS doesnt automatically show once they have picked up packages, so please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update.

3_Can I changed my order address?

If you accidentally put in the wrong address, please email info@quietmountaincafe.com with the correct address in the same format as entered within 1 hour of placing the order. We will respond with the address our Shipping System suggested and verify with you before shipping. If you change your address, please expect a delay in order processing beyond 5 days. 

4_I ordered two seperate items, can I consolidate my order and be refunded the shipping?

This will be determined on a case by case basis. While we understand that when placing to seperate orders it might make sense to be refunded of the shipping, we want to try to ensure fairness in our drop system. We can not keep track of duplicate customer names/addresses as we fulfill orders in chronological order. Please do your best to include all of your items in one order. 

If you would like to ask if your order can be consolidated, please email info@quietmountaincafe.com within 1 hours of purchasing and we will review. Consolidation of orders can not be guaranteed and shipping may not be refunded. 

5_Do you have a cafe I can visit and pick up my order?

Unfortunately at this time we have no physical space, but potentially in the future. Be on the look out for our retail partners where you can shop for products in store!
